Tender Policy. [09-12-2017]

PJ Mc Kenna Cars are offering two vehicles for tender on behalf of Traction Finance.Neither PJ Mc Kenna Cars nor Traction Finace accept responsibility for any defects or faults. Vehicles are "sold as seen" with no warranty whatsoever given or implied.

Terms and conditions

1. All vehicles are available for sale to registered motor traders only and sold as trade vehicles in the condition described.
2. Please ascertain the position regarding spare keys etc. with any member of PJ Mc Kenna Car's staff before tendering as we cannot entertain queries after the tender closes.
3. By submitting your tender for a vehicle you are, committing to purchase that vehicle for that amount and in the condition described, if your tender is successful.
4. Tendering finishes at 3pm Friday 26-10-2018.
5. Payment by bank draft only.
Vehicle can be collected upon receipt of bank draft.
6. Vehicle must be collected before close of business on Friday 01-11-2018.
